Dance and move with peers on Zoom!

We have been working behind the scenes to provide a new offering in 2024! Introducing… Dance on Demand LIVE! This class is now available to anyone who is looking for opportunities to build community, explore new ways to keep moving, and share joy with others through dance.

Dance on Demand LIVE is an initiative led by students, bringing together peers on Zoom to engage in a pre-recorded Empowered By Movement class. Please note that Teaching Artists will not be in attendance for this class.

• Monday’s 2:00 PM CT (3:00 ET).
• FREE to join.

What you can expect:

• Most classes are 60-75 minutes.
• Dress comfortably.
• Please prepare to move in a space that is free of obstacles.
• Have fun!

Clicking the “Dance on Demand LIVE!” button below will take you to a registration page to participate in class. This form will need to be completed each time you participate. After entering your information, the Zoom link will be provided to participate in the Dance on Demand LIVE class.

All mobility levels are welcome with the option to participate seated or standing. Please email Lisa with any questions you may have.
