By entering the Capture the Rhythm of Joy video contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The Capture the Rhythm of Joy campaign is open to individuals worldwide, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
  2. Entry Instructions:
    1. To enter, participants must take a video dancing near a tree. It could be the Rhythm of Joy tree displayed at Austin Straubel Airport, their own tree, or a tree outdoors!
    2. Participants must post the photo on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #EmpoweredByMovementTree and tag Facebook: @EmpoweredByMovement and/or Instagram: @empowered_by_movement.
    3. Each entry must include a public post with the designated hashtag and tag.
  3. Contest Period: The contest will begin on December 2, 2024 and end on December 31st. All entries must be posted by December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
  4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card and a free month to Empowered By Movement. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by direct message on social media within 7 business days following the end of the contest period.
  6. Publicity: By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow Empowered By Movement to use their name, photo, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  7. Privacy: Empowered By Movement respects your privacy. Personal information collected through the contest will be used solely to administer the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
  8. Limitations of Liability: Empowered By Movement is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures related to the submission process, including but not limited to website failures, transmission errors, or any other issues beyond our control.
  9. Disqualification: Disqualification: Empowered By Movement reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, violate the contest rules, or contain inappropriate content.

Contest Void Where Prohibited: This contest is void where prohibited by law.
