We’d love for you to join us as we celebrate the 5th anniversary of our Empowered By Movement program! What started as a gracious partnership with Western Racquet in Green Bay has blossomed into a vibrant community serving both the Green Bay and Appleton areas.

SEPTEMBER – FREE CLASSES

September we are offering free Empowered By Movement classes for everyone! It’s our way of saying thank you for the last 5 years.

New students are required to register in advance. Please click the “Register here” button to select one or more classes that you’ll be attending. Current students do not need to register.

What you need to know.

All are welcome to join us! Share the joy and benefits of movement, connection, and artistic experiences. The Empowered By Movement program is specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease and seniors who wish to experience the joy of moving to music. Class is gentle and can be done standing or seated. No partner or dance experience required.

Join us in-person or virtually on Zoom. Space is limited for in-person attendance so register early!
