Senior Communities

In addition to our Community Classes, we also offer classes at long-term care homes, assisted living facilities including memory care, and other related organizations.

The Joy of Music and Movement

Are you looking for a fresh, engaging program for older adults in senior communities? This uplifting experience is thoughtfully designed to spark creativity, encourage movement, and bring joy to residents of all abilities.

Each 45-minute class is filled with music, laughter, and a wide variety of movement opportunities. Activities are easily adapted for both seated and standing participants, and chair-based movement is not only accessible—it’s empowering and fun.

It’s a simple, meaningful way to help residents move, connect, and feel their best—because every move truly matters.

Research shows that regular dance can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s by 76%, while improving flexibility, balance, cognitive performance, and more. With so many benefits and minimal risk, why not bring creative movement into your life?

Thank you Lisa! They were buzzing about you all day. Most of them did not participate in the late day activity as they were so tired…but a great tired they all said.  🙂 They are so looking forward to you coming again.

Renaissance Assisted Living
